Udaipur, 5th October 2026 – Dr. Anand Gupta, Managing Director of Aravali Group of Hospitals and Rajasthan State President (Elect), Indian Medical Association (IMA), was honoured to attend “Kahin Gum Na Ho Jaye,” a soulful event organised by the Royal Rajasthan Chef Society in Udaipur. The initiative brought together culinary professionals to celebrate Rajasthan’s rich food traditions and revive forgotten recipes.
Drawing on his experience in healthcare, Dr. Gupta highlighted the close connection between traditional food, preventive healthcare, and overall well-being. He emphasised that the kitchen has long been a source of wellness wisdom, and preserving age-old recipes is an important step towards keeping this knowledge alive for future generations.
Dr. Gupta congratulated Chef Vimal Dhar and Ms. Sangeeta Dhar for their nine years of dedicated efforts in preserving culinary heritage, sustainability, and cultural identity. He also appreciated the participating chefs for their contribution to making the event a memorable celebration of Rajasthan’s traditional flavours.
