Udaipur, 2nd October 2025- Dr. Anand Gupta, Managing Director of Aravali Group of Hospitals and President, Indian Medical Association (IMA) Udaipur, was honoured to be the Guest of Honour at “कहीं गुम ना हो जाये” – Season 8, a regional cooking competition dedicated to preserving and reviving Rajasthan’s forgotten traditional recipes.
Organised by Chef Vimal Dhar, President of the Royal Rajasthan Chefs Society, along with his enthusiastic team at Shikarbadi, Udaipur, the event celebrated the rich culinary heritage of the region while encouraging future generations to cherish authentic local flavours.
