Udaipur, 23rd May – In a continued effort to ensure a safe and respectful workplace, NEXITHON conducted a comprehensive training session on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) at the workplace at their office at Sukhadia Circle on 23rd May 2025.
The session was attended by staff from various departments. The training held by Dr Sangeeta Gupta, Medical Director-Aravali Hospital and team focused on understanding the provisions of the POSH Act, identifying inappropriate behavior, reporting mechanisms, and the responsibilities of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC).
Employees of NEXITHON actively participated in discussions and case-based learning to reinforce the importance of a safe work environment.
